Upgrades, Returns, Shipping, Delivery & Refund Policy

There are no returns. This is a digital access to a newsletter subscription and an optional upgrade to add a printed copy. There are no returns necessary for the printed copy. They are yours to keep once shipped. We’d be happy to consult with you prior to your purchase to be sure your needs will be met by our service; in fact we encourage you to so do.
Unless otherwise notified by a special offer, you have 30 days from the day of purchase, to request a full refund. You must request the refund via email or phone (1-800-528-0559 or firstname.lastname@example.org). Your refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours and your subscription will be cancelled. After 30 days, you can cancel the automatic billing at any time. You can do this by contacting customer service as mentioned above or you can cancel your subscription in the “My Account” section of the subscriber’s only area of the website by clicking the “cancel” link. Please note that you are only canceling the automatic billing and no refund will be issued if you choose this method. There are no refunds after 30 days of purchase! We’d be happy to consult with you prior to your purchase to be sure your needs will be met by our service; in fact we encourage you to so do.
Upgrades to service will always be welcomed, please contact and include your current information and subscription level and the level you’d like to move to. A representative will be in contact with you to facilitate the adjust sale rate of the higher-level subscription.
Every subscription level is digital and delivered online via the web. For the Digital + Print subscription level, you will be shipped an 8-page printed version via Standard USPS post. The print version is typically mailed by no later than the first week of each month, but it is possible due to unforeseen circumstances that it may be mailed later than that. If for any reason the print version is mailed later than the first week of the month, you will be notified via email of the delay.
